Sentinel's mitigation services ensured that the water did not cause additional structural damage to the home such as black mold. Afterwards, the Sentinel Team was able to replace and restore the home's affected areas. Amazing work when we had an Ice damn backup and flooded one of our bedrooms. Quality cleanup of the water and Quality rebuild of the walls and ceiling. Great staff. Thank you for all the hard work.

I wanted a shower installed in my basement. I called John Rogers based on a referral. I got as far as getting an estimate and a promise they would be able to start by May 12, 2021. Then no response. When I contacted John Rogers, he had an excuse and he gave me a date he would get back with me then never did. This happened more than once.. If he didn't want to do the job, he could have just said so. Unprofessional and rude in my opinion. I had to find someone else to do the work.
