Ive loved renting from Brandi and her team at B&R investments! By far the best place I have rented from in Big Raids and they have great options for student housing.
She was always easy to reach and kept me informed about everything. I had an issue on Christmas eve and within a couple hours she had reached out and already had someone over to look at the problem. They were quick to repair everything as well.
Overall, I highly recommend B&R investments and would gladly rent from Brandi again if I still lived in the area.

Brandi and her team diligently ensure you have a very easy move in, stays up to date with important details regarding weather, issues with the building(and ETA for it being resolved)
This team has done nothing but provide a wonderful experience, I would use their services again if it wasnt for me moving to Grand Rapids!
