        I am hard of hearing I usually just go inside and they allow me to place my order inside but not tonight the guy would not let me even though I told him that I've placed my order here numerous of times. He wouldn't let me so I ended up going through the drive thru and of course I get home and my order is screwed up. This taco bell is ridiculous!!!

        Darn, my cat just returned from the Taco Bell monopoly in Berrien Springs, aka "BS" & loudly tell me that he would not touch a burrito from this joint, soggy w/ wilted shredded lettuce ,he even thought the taco sauce may actually be cat gravy ? He should know All seriousness aside this taco joint is a poor excuse for Taco Bell.

        Imagine a Taco Bell that actually puts full ingredients in every burrito and onto every taco, and then they serve it to you nice and hot to the point the cheese is gooey but yet doesn't burn your face off. Berrien Springs Taco is the best in Berrien County hands down! Every other Taco Bell in this area cheats you on filling to the point it feels like you're chewing on flour tortilla shells then with what little ingredients they do include are cold and unappetizing. Berrien Springs Taco Bell is by gar the BEST!

        Paid $40.50 for my family to get food and found hair in it. On top of that when the lady tried handing me the bag with soap and water all over the bag and bubbles all over her arms. When I mentioned it she tossed the stuff in a new bag and my cinnamon twists were just scattered throughout the bag.... Complete waste of money

        4 times in a row we have had black hair in our food. We will no longer be coming to this Taco Bell until something is done about the hair in the food all the time.
