McDonald's

Always slow. Always out of something. Literally worst mcdonalds been this way for over a year and they can't get it together. Sat at order microphone for 20 minutes before finally deciding it might not be working so I pull up to the window where they tell me I can only order back at the mic, where the car behind me is also waiting and not getting answered.

Chicken was soggy and fries were bland. Caramel sundae had sugar chunks in it and M&M flurry felt plasticy. Sprite was really good though.

Watched 4 employees fix their own food in kitchen and leave and clock out while waiting for my food to get made. Floor was nasty, one employee had been walking on her pants legs for months and was dragging 8 inch dirty pants legs behind her. Will not return. Entire crew needs to be dismissed.

Id leave zero stars if i could. They didnt give us 20 nuggets for our online order. We got home, noticed and my boyfriend went back. They staff was rude and fighting him on it and told him to go home and that they were in the bad. Guess what? They did not magically appear and they stole my money. Never going back. Worst service, always slow and food is always cold.

I did an online check-in order and received super fast service, my food was all fresh, and the servers were all pleasant. It was a great morning stop.
