Two words. Absolutely amazing! Noelle goes above and beyond. We started our house hunting from seven states away, so most of our search and tours had do be done virtually. Even with that, having her on our team made this so incredibly smooth. Virtual, in-depth tours of homes that were quite a distance apart, she still made the effort to get as many seen as we had wanted in a day. Once we were in state, she made sure to get us a private tour of our pending home as soon as we were able. She asked sellers questions we didn't even know we had. Offered us countless recommendations while we were in the negotiations phase, things that would/wouldn't work to make sure we got the best value and assurance on our purchase. Through all the paperwork and middle grounds she constantly gave us updates on how things were looking and what to prepare for next, as well as updates on the market and showing us possible homes she thought we'd enjoy. She absolutely loves her job and you can tell easily from your first interaction, she has nothing but the best for you in mind. She was amazing to work with and I could not recommend her more, I would give a higher star rating if I could. Absolutely amazing.
