Man What's going On At The River Apartments? When I Lived There In Two Different apartments they Were Very Nice And Clean.. my Only Problem was The Smells From Across the Hall when They Lit Up. Lol. Also All them Stink Bugs That Was Coming through the windows and Doors. The Place Was Very Nice With No Issues as Far As fixing Things And It Definitely wasn't any Roaches Or Mice.. Move out In 2019 after my twin Passed.

Been living here 4years and the apartment they put me in was dirty. All they did was slap paint up and put in carpet. Didn't even vaccum after installing carpet. Now since before COVID to now my rents went up about 400$ and been waiting for them to fix my bathroom for over a year now. They started to over a month ago and I haven't seen anyone sense. Wish I could upload the pics of my tub and the black mold. You guys better get on your game or you will get no rent and a lawsuit will happen!!
