Branch banker Andre was fabulous to work with. Super accommodating and genuinely wanted to do all that he could to help. He's a great representative of PNC and a reason to continue banking with them.

Usually have great experience with all pnc branches but today I was met with a rude entitled staff member who argued with me because I didnt have a second form of ID which I have never been asked for in my 10+ years of banking with pnc. Its always been a debit card and a ID and you can do your transaction. It was a simple transaction of 21$ which shouldve taken 3 minutes. To top it off there atm wasnt functioning properly forcing me to enter the bank. The other employee also reaked of cigarette smoke. Dont stop at this bank if your looking to make a quick stop away from your home city.
