TCF Bank ATM

Not happy with the software for online 😒 banking. Did not have any problems when it was Chemical Bank. Now I can always expect a problem as transactions are not posted in a timely manner which leads to another problem 🤔,

Very disappointed. They took over Chemical Bank in Battle Creek, and sent out debit new cards in the mail without the PIN cards which you need to activate them. I've been trying to get customer service to help me resolve this on the phone for about a month. I keep getting referred back and forth between their numbers, and each time it is a 45 minute wait. When I do get someone, they refer me to another number. There are also no local branch phone numbers posted, so customers are left to deal with customer service lines that cannot help. I am considering closing all my accounts and switching banks which is a pain, but they are leaving few other options.

Nothing against the workers at all, they're all great. But this bank used to be chemical bank. As SOON as they changed over ive had so many problems. Glitches with my account, random fees being taken out, my account saying it was deleted for a solid few hours, I've had so many problems with this bank now that its tcf. They shouldn't have switched over. They managed fine as chemical...

Felt like a family when it was chemical. Now its like I'm a stranger. Make sure to put your money under your pillow. This place is just another conglomerate trying to fee you every step you take.

It will be a different bank in a month. And then a different bank in another month. If you are looking for stability this isn’t the the place.
