Decent location and service. The first room I had the AC unit compressor had issues. I asked for a new room and had to go through a few loops and wait. The Breakfast was good

Room was spacious. Nice and friendly hotel staff. Close and convenient to shopping. Had coffee in room but no coffee maker. No microwave. Breakfast was ok. Room was dusty and had a mildew smell to it. Beds were ok and showers are nice. Definitely not a kid friendly hotel. Pool was very cold. And room wasnt ready until 5pm. Stayed two nights and didnt get any extra towels or garbage bags from house keeping. Rooms need to be deep cleaned .

Our recent stay fell short of expectations. We had booked adjoining rooms well in advance for the comfort of our young children (ages 4 and 6). While adjoining rooms were ultimately provided upon arrival, unfortunately, confirmation wasn't available beforehand, causing unnecessary stress during the trip. Upon entering the rooms, we discovered cleanliness issues. Both rooms had dirty sinks with broken handles and unclean coffee makers. Additionally, there was a broken heating/cooling unit in one of the rooms. Housekeeping services weren't mentioned during check-in, so we had to request them separately. Communication with the front desk staff was also a challenge. Their demeanor made it difficult to clearly convey our concerns. This is not what I would expect from the Hyatt brand.
