We cannot say enough good things about our realtor, Sara Maddock. As first-time home buyers in the current Ann Arbor market, we were repeatedly bidding against people who could offer far more money (and lots more cash) than us. But thanks to Sara, we were able to find a wonderful home that was not only in our more limited budget, it also met all of our (admittedly difficult!) criteria: walkable neighborhood just a stone's throw from an elementary school, three beds, two full baths, not a fixer-upper, plenty of garden space and charm. In Ann Arbor, that's like asking for the moon. But Sara made it happen. She patiently, painstakingly guided us through every step of the process with such integrity, intelligence and generosity that we were truly sorry not to have an excuse to talk with her as often, after we closed on our house! Every professional in the A2 market raves about Sara, from the other realtors to contractors and title companies. There's no match out there for her expertise and experience. We will forever be grateful to her for finding us our home.

I met Sara 13 years ago, when I was looking for a condo to buy. At the time she was so helpful that 13 years down the road when I decided to sell my condo and buy a new house, I reached out to her again. She is just an amazing real estate agent, she really takes good care of her clients as a very individual and personal level. I recommend her absolutely to everyone without hesitation. Shes trustworthy, follows up thoroughly, shares her personal opinion openly, while recognizing her clients personal needs.

Todd Waller is amazing! This was my first time selling a home, and Todd really helped me feel comfortable throughout the process. He is very organized and experienced, which helped the process go extremely smoothly. He was also happy to answer any questions all along the way. I highly recommend Todd as a realtor!

Huge shout out to our agent, Sara Maddock! She has to be one of the best in the game. She patiently and expertly worked with us for over a year to find our dream home in the midst of a crazy real estate market. She knows pretty much about everything about real about estate in the Ann Arbor area. And she is super nice and friendly to boot. Do yourself a favor -- try to work with her!
