Robyn worked with me for over a year finding just the right property for me. She is responsive when I text, call or email even after the real estate deal is complete. She reviewed comps for each property with me and gave her professional opinion on the condition and pricing. I certainly enjoyed my home buying journey with her. If you want a professional but someone easy to work with, she's the one!

Robyn was terrific! My wife and I looked at many houses with her. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and extremely keyed-in with our needs and wants. When I got excited about a few of the properties, she was able to point out some of the negatives I'd have to deal with like extra time needed for outdoor maintenance. She read me like a book and helped me keep to my priorities. She is very professional, honest, friendly, and always made us feel like we were her highest priority. I highly recommend Robyn!

We live out of town and have been looking to purchase a home in the Ann Arbor area. We have been working with Robyn for quite awhile and have been very pleased with all of her help. We've been shown a host of homes, condos, and new construction possibilities in the AA area. Robyn has been patient with our being discriminating as we take home choice seriously. She has taken the time to learn about our preferences and life style. Robyn is very timely in responding to emails and inquiries. She is consistently respectful and courteous. She is an experienced and competent agent and knows the market well. Robyn does her homework, is prompt for appointments, and shows good working relationships with other listing agents. We are thoroughly shown homes and discuss the pros and cons together. Robyn has even take us to new construction sites to meet with the builder rep or observe quality. She is a 5 star realtor and I would highly recommend her!!

Robyn sold our Mother's house when Mom moved into an Independent Living facility.  She was such an amazing help to us!  None of us are local so she had to do a lot of heavy lifting to help prep and stage the house. We are SO thankful for everything that she did above and beyond and don't think we could have done it without her!For instance, she hired a stager and helped execute the staging (moving furniture, hanging the right art, placing the decorative bowls in the right place) and even brought in some of her own things to spruce the place up after we had moved some things out.  She was very available throughout the whole process to talk things through and very involved in helping to sell the house with open houses for realtors and buyers, and prepping the house each time someone came for a viewing (lights on, fresh flowers, a quick vacuum).We really feel like Robyn goes way above and beyond and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Ann Arbor area.
