        Tara Pittman brought to our therapy session a new perspective of dealing with Bi-Polar conditions that I am interested to try, being diagnose early in life I never knew all aspects of the mental illness. I just knew mania was to be controlled but never had the tools to normalize my conditions other than take meds.
