I cant say enough about how satisfied I was with UNITS! From the reservation, delivery and transporting/storing my contents perfectly, I couldnt have been happier. But, the way that they went above and beyond to support complications was over the top! Megan and her team made calls and handled issues with my new HOA, Steve delivered my container and took time to learn of my needs for loading and set up the most efficient careful and kind loaders. Megan and Steve oversaw a complicated delivery and everything went off perfectly! ABSOLUTELY! I recommend UNITS in Ann Arbor!!

The owner Mark was very helpful and considerate. The price was very reasonable. They were very prompt on pick up and delivery. The size of the pod was very compatible and clean upon arrival. I would recommend.

This company provides excellent service. The delivery of the storage unit was very smooth. The location placement was well planned and worked for the duration of time it was needed. I needed the unit longer than expected and the company did not request for it to be returned and allowed me to keep it onsite until I scheduled a pickup. I highly recommend and will use them again for any onsite storage needs in the future.
