Excellent experience working with this broker and lender. The online tools and personnalized options, loan calculators, etc... were key in my decision making on a home. Clear and consistent communication at every step of the way, often beating the automated emails, which I great appreciate. I highly recommend Doug Welch and his team. If you have any fears about applying for a mortgage this is the place to go. Doug helped me though every single step. When I didnt understand they broke things down for me. Answered any questions I had and helped me though the ENTIRE process. Doug reached out to me anytime they needed any more information and made sure I understood.
