I just want to say that working with Jelani and Ben was a pleasure the Gold Star Financial Group really do care about your financial needs. Jelani continued to work with me even after his daughter was born, I mean literally came out in the hall and spoke with me. My mortgage company sold my mortgage to gold star. I have an issue with my mortgage that I'm currently on hold for. This is the 6th person I've spoken to and the 4th time someone has transfered me to the same office that keeps saying they can't help me. I've spoken to the tax department and customer service for the last 2 hours and still on hold with no one being to help. This is insane. Someone needs to spend some money on training over here.
