        Went to the Briarwood mall location in Ann Arbor, Michigan today. It was 8:35 p.m. and the gate was halfway down. Two young ladies standing there putting jewelry away. I asked if they were open and they said they were closed because they had a lot to do. It's 2 days before Christmas and they don't close for another 25 minutes. Not very good customer service. Very disappointed.

        I went into this establishment a few weeks ago looking to replace a piece of jewelry with a one year warranty on it. They turned me down saying the warranty was for factory errors only. Today my mother went into the store, said the same thing as I did and was helped with no problem. needless to say i am very disappointed in this stores customer support with young customers.
