I contacted goose head to help me find new affordable car and home insurance but they did not. I had to find new insurance myself. At the beginning they were good but now not so much. My agent Shannon probably does not know I switched insurance. She probably doesnt care.

I am disappointed with the service. I emailed my rep, Shannon, last month to ask her why my coverage is so high. I explained I was having trouble paying the high rate. She said she would check into & get back with me within a day or 2. Well, she didn't get back with me and my rate went up even higher. I found out from another company that my rate is high due to a claim I had 4.5 yrs ago when I was rear-ended by an uninsured motorist. First, Shannon should have told me that. Second, it is ridiculous that I have to pay higher rates because of an irresponsible driver.
