      Jan, I am sorry that you weren't happy with the follow up our team gave you. We did some research of our phone system and our email history and found that you spoke with one of our agents on 10/6 and he emailed you quotes later that same day. I bet the email landed in your Junk/Spam folder and you never saw it. I apologize for that. I do appreciate the feedback though because it allows me the opportunity to coach our team on the value of making a quick follow up call to make sure their email was received.
