Sure, I'll happily give that one star without complaint For Ron. Everyone else worth a grain of salt has quit, and for good reason I'd imagine. My advice is, Hire Anyone Else, and Read Everything You Can About Them.

WE HAVE ONLY BEEN ON ANN ARBOR HOSPICE FOR LESS THAN A WEEK AND SWITCHING ASAP They promise you information and call backs, visits and everything has stopped. They do not call us back. We are so new to hospice for my grandpa and so far he is not receiving the care he was promised. This is so devastating as their main priority is SUPPOSED to be great end of life care. Please don't use this company. I want my grandpa to be content in his final days, not stressed and left without proper care.

My mother experienced the following lack of professionalism for my dying grandfather. Seriously disgusted they didnt even contact my mother ONCE she had to call them EVERY SINGLE TIME. So very disappointed & disallusioned as to what I thought Hospice care entailed. It started out very well with my father in the hospital & making the decision to bring him home with Hospice care. I felt comforted with the day we brought him home & a nurse being there at the home that evening to "admit" him into Hospice care. Unfortunately, that was the end. Oh, they were very attentive until they received all the insurance information. Once they received the information they needed for payment, their lack of attention & concern quickly faded. Assurance of a call to arrange a nurse & an aide never happened on their end. We, the family had to call them after day 3 to ask. Ann Arbor Hospice should be ashamed of their claim on their web site of "expert end-of-life care" & "compassionate and personalized care" ?????? I hope & pray no family will experience this lack of care

If I could give negative stars, this is the company I would give them to. The lack of information and care is absolutely disgusting. NEVER use this company. NEVER. I could go on forever about how HORRID the experience they were supposed to bring peace to was. I will never ever forgive or forget.
