Heartland Home Health Care & Hospice-Ann Arbor

We called Heartland Hospice, when my mother-in-law was injured in a car accident and could no longer care for my father-in-law in their home. That was on 9/23/19. Kristi Reed came to the home the next day and from that moment on, we have been lovingly cared for. I would give 10 stars, if they were available. Every single person we talked to or met with was comforting, professional and had our Dad's best interests at heart. They helped us through it all. He passed away on 12/8, comfortably, in his own home, in his favorite recliner, exactly as he wished. This would not have happened without, Kristi, Monica, Mandi, Tim, Julie, Susan and Marcus. My mother was in the care of Ann Arbor Hospice and no words can describe how kind, compassionate, caring, and helpful the staff was. Special thank you to Lindsay, Tasharda, Bob, and Tim. My mom loved you all. Thanks from our entire family.

Both my parents and sister were patients. 2 at home, 1 inpatient. There are no words to describe the care and love they all felt from staff and the amount of support given after each passing.

I wish I remembered the names to give specific credit to the care givers assigned to assist my dad...but we just lost my dad November 17th so everything right now is a blur. But if it wasn't for your staff & what hospice care really wants entails, well, we'd just be lost. Your organization/team just took such good care of my dad & his needs, we are forever grateful!!! Heartland Hospice Ann Arbor, is a wonderful organization and I know at times the staff never receive the gratitude & appreciation they deserve as I'm sure, at times they can feel like it's thankless job. How very contrary & untrue our sentiments are. We will be sending donations soon. Thank you again!!

My Mother was taken care of by Lindsay,Dawn and a few others. She was always treated very kind until she passed on 3 -22 I would recommend Heartland.Lindsay and Dawn are superstars going the extra mile.When mom passed Dawn was with us and explained everything that would happened as far as the funeral home and all.Our whole family loves these ladies!!
