        I've been to several platness fitness locations and this is by far the most welcoming PF location I've been to. Both with other patrons and employees. COURTNEY specifically was the sweetest, from the moment we came in the door to the moment we left, she had the most welcoming smile on her face and was patient in walking my mom through the guest check in link. When we left, she carried the same energy with another guest at the gym. This is definitely going to be my new gym location. Thank you Courtney and the rest of the Ann Arbor PF team!!

        What can I say, it's a planet fitness. Usually a calm vibe and (this is why I signed up) there are so many machines the one you want is almost always available. Just don't be insane like me and do the staircase. I've just got the basic membership so I don't know about what's in the secret room to the side lol.

      Hi, Tracie! We are so happy you're enjoying your experience with us! The Stairmaster, while very challenging, does get easier with time, so keep at it! 😊 The secret room is the Black Card spa where you will find all sorts of neat extra perks exclusive to the Black Card members. These include the hydromassage chairs, tanning beds, and the Total Body Enhancement machine! We definitely believe it is worth the few extra dollars, and if you ever decide to upgrade with us, please let us know. Lastly, if there's anything we can do to make your PF experience even better, please give our front desk a ring or stop by to speak with a member of our team! 💜
