No employees present at 8:48am Saturday, January 27th 2024... I will be canceling my 5 year old membership today. Crunch Fitness was open, they have their lives together. Do not go to this location.

The only reason Im not giving 1 star is because the staff, excluding the manager here, are great, kind and very professional. Chloe, the manager, is very rude, unprofessional, doesnt have any information on how to do anything with the logistics of my membership, demands money from black card members. Every other staff member is way more helpful than she could possibly be. Edit: she took it upon herself to switch my home gym to this location and cancel my membership. My actual home gym confirmed that is what happened. Because I tried to get information from her I am now banned from this club. I need this to make sense. I cant request information from a manager or else I get banned? I come here everyday, I work out, and I go home. I ask a few simple questions and now Im not allowed in this club? I will be taking all appropriate actions against Chloe, I dont think anyone in this community should feel bullied or threatened just because of an incompetent employee.

I absolutely love Chloe, and Darian! Ive been a member of this gym since 2012. They have always been professional, friendly and have no problem following policy and procedures to ensure everyone at the gym is kept safe. Gym is very clean and they are always cleaning.
