Unprofessional Behavior of Broker Agents Working from Home! You should be focused, you are dealing with peoples life savings. I am writing this review to express my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by broker agents working from home. Over the past few months, I have had the unfortunate experience of interacting with several broker agents from this company, and the lack of professionalism has been consistently alarming. During my interactions, I have encountered numerous instances where background noises, such as children screaming, people watching tv, speaking while listening to price is right in the background. Conversations with friends they have sitting there with them, not knowing they can be heard. All has disrupted our conversations. This has greatly diminished the credibility and trustworthiness of the company and the owner seems to take zero action. I find it baffling that the company allows its employees to work in such distracting and unprofessional environments, which clearly hampers their ability to effectively carry out their roles. In my attempt to address these concerns, I have made multiple calls to the company to voice my complaints. Unfortunately, I have not been able to reach anyone directly, and I was left with no choice but to leave voicemails detailing my concerns. This lack of accessibility and responsiveness reflects poorly on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. What's more concerning is that two others I know have faced similar issues and also attempted to voice their concerns through voicemails, only to receive no call back. It is evident that the unprofessional behavior stems from the fact that these broker agents are working from home. I strongly urge the company to take immediate action and reevaluate its approach to remote work. Establishing a dedicated office environment would not only enhance the professionalism of the interactions but also improve the overall customer experience. It is disheartening to witness a company with potential fall short due to such easily resolvable issues. In conclusion, I sincerely hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the company to rectify its unprofessional behavior and prioritize its customers' needs. By ensuring that broker agents maintain a high level of professionalism, regardless of their work location, the company can regain its credibility and trust in the eyes of its clients. WORST SERVICE EVER. Constantly losing paperwork, has given my boyfriend the wrong fax numbers, cannot give proper instructions. Weve been dealing with them for MONTHS, trying to sort out moving money into my boyfriends name from his grandmothers name. I cannot fathom how in 2021 this is possibly an issue. Everything is digital, why in the world is everything having to be mailed or faxed. It has been painstakingly difficult to accomplish anything with them. At this rate, if things do not improve Im going to assume this company is fraudulent and are scamming people. If this company is supposed to be legit, they are making complete fools of themselves. Dont bother investing any time or money into this place. Incredibly shady. Do better.

I am a broker who uses SIGMA as my back office. I have worked with several other big name "broker dealers" (that's what SIGMA is) and I have no interest throwing praise at people who are undeserving. But I am being completely honest when I tell you that this company is 100% focused on helping the investor. Don't get me wrong, they do a great job of supporting the representatives too, but their primary focus is on supporting the investor. They have an AMAZING, HIGH QUALITY STAFF, with EXCELLENT FOCUS and ENERGY,, who are COMPLETELY DEDICATED to HELPING the INVESTOR!!! I could move my business to any broker dealer in the country and they would roll out the "red carpet" to get me. But in my opinion, I am with the VERY BEST "broker dealer" in the country, and I would NEVER think of leaving SIGMA. GREAT PEOPLE with GREAT ETHICS.
