I was happy with their work and paid their invoice. Months later, I was sent a bill for another $700 that they had 'forgot about' on the first invoice. Not the best way to do things, IMO.

Nederveld provided land survey services that included updating surveys for three family properties, assisting us with making boundary adjustments that will prepare us to file adjustment applications ourselves. The certified surveyor overseeing our project was Brandon Parrent. Brandon was accessible, responsive, and took the time upfront to speak with me about a project that can feel daunting to some families experiencing change. My mom enjoyed speaking with the field crews performing the physical survey - they provided great notice and followed through on time.

I had Nederveld come out to inspect my roof per my insurance co. In speaking with the engineer I had a legitimate claim but after he left that all changed. These guys are paid by the insurance companies to decline claims, not trustworthy at all!!

No integrity whatsoever. They unethically work for insurance agencies to assist them in rejecting claims.
