I wish I read the negative reviews before starting with bob. I should have known. Hes a big talker he listened to me talk about my construction woes I was dealing with and sat at my dining table reassuring me this wouldnt happen with them. Its been a year - room still leaks, still missing pieces. Manager who made the promises has a list of personal issues that the owner disclosed to me as to why the job isnt getting done the way it was contracted. Didnt deliver what I wanted with the rocks but theyre already cemented on so what can we do now?! Scratched the metal siding on my house. I Had someone else take a look at the room and they said it will leak forever because it wasnt attached to the house correctly. I had to hire my own team to put drywall on the inside to make it livable. Fireplace is not painted but before they cut into the drywall they were confident. Now the internal work done and no one can fix the drywall or paint. Ridiculous. Owner replies with do you have a paint guy NO THATS WHY I HIRED YOU AND MADE SURE BEFORE WE SIGNED CONTRACTS AND CUT INTO THE WALL. I could go on for hours negatively about bob and his team. Bottom line is DO NOT LET HIM LIE TO YOU TOO. All of his workers come here and say this happens all the time. He must be paying to get the negative reviews settled. We paid way too much for a half finished LEAKING sunroom. While its nice to catch the sun rays that is thanks to the sun and I constantly am thinking about the deceit that Bob handed me. Do not trust them.

We are very happy with the Bob and the Four Seasons Sunrooms of Ann Arbor. It is a wonderful company to work - friendly and professional at the same. Not only did they give us exactly the room we wanted, they also follow up promptly on any fixes on issues way even after 3 years!

Update: the building permit for my property has been expired since July 2023. This means that all the times the building was supposed to take place, they knew it wasn't going to happen. A permit renewal is a quick $50 to the city, but they left it lapsed for almost a year while promising that the work was definitely getting done. Edit: I have now received an email saying that negative reviews won't help, and that we will be done at some point in May. It reads exactly like the empty promises from months ago. ------------------ It has been excuse after excuse for almost 3 years. I get it, life has been hard, but I have emails saying it would be completed 8 MONTHS ago and they haven't done anything. All they managed to do was break part of the roof, which caused a leak into the basement. They don't answer the phone. Email communication takes a week. I'm trying to sell the house and they've prevented me from doing that for eight freaking months. I am at my wit's end. It feels like this whole thing was a scam and not a legitimate business. I wish I had never signed that contract. And please for the love of God, don't reply here with more excuses. I've heard them all. I heard them in June, in October, in February, and again now. You have not and will never make this right. Even if it's completed, the damage you caused is going to take years to heal from. You know what is riding on this sunroom. Rage isn't a strong enough word for what I feel. Neither is betrayal, loss, or pain. There is no way to describe what you have put me through.
