They were fairly quick and the Dr was nice my daughter's rapid strep test came back negative but the Dr new she had it.. She started her on antibiotics and sent out lab test and the lab test came back positive.. Glad she didn't wait for the results ti start the meds..

VERY IMPRESSED. Staff was fantastic. Super nice. Made me laugh & took such good care of me. Ola & Nawal at the front desk were so helpful checking me in & helping me with the registration on my phone. Mecca & Angela in the back were sweethearts & really listened & genuinely wanted me to feel better. All staff at Beaumont - Allen Park deserve to be recognized. Thank you so much again!!!

The front desk and MA were very nice. The facility was clean. But the NP who I saw was very clearly more interested in getting out of the room than treating me. I was sick and he barely touched my neck and said I didnt have any swollen glands. That wasnt true and had he applied any pressure (rather than the quick graze) at all he would have know that too. I was tested for Covid and strep. But not the flu. My discharge paper said suspected contact with covid but I never mentioned anything of the sort. I tested negative for both covid and strep but then was prescribed antibiotics. Something didnt sit right with me so I went to a different urgent care the next day and tested positive for the flu and was provided with proper treatment there. I wont be back to Wellstreet; a company whos name obviously has so little merit of its own that they have to rent one from another company.
