        All the staff was super nice! Especially my MA, lovely lady. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. Also grateful I wasnt there for too long. Overall, great experience.

        The PA I saw yesterday was not very patient-centered. I was having an asthma flare up and he listen to my lungs said that they sounded fine. Clearly I was having a difficult time breathing and I was coughing. He sent over a prescription for steroids, and liquid for my nebulizer machine . He seemed uninterested in helping me further. It was a disappointing experience, and I was disappointed with the PA. I feel that It is important to provide compassionate care for all patients. Every patient should be treated with respect and kindness, regardless of the severity of their condition. When a person does not feel well they should be able to turn to the healthcare provider for answers and support, and not feel dismissed.
