Innisbrook Apartments

Nice little apartment complex. Only 12 units tucked back by the river. Quite peaceful with the woods and water. Apartments have either a patio or deck facing the river and a garage per apartment. Very nice

This is a small apartment complex; 12 apartments that are in 3 pods of 4 apartments each. Each pod has its own entrance with a small lobby containing mailboxes and stairways that go up to 2 apartments and down to 2. The downstairs apartment bedrooms are partially below ground, and the windows are at ground level. All the apartments have a triple doorwall for the LR, DR and K. The LR & DR are open-concept. The downstairs apartments' doorwalls are at ground level with a patio, which could be handicap accessible. The upstairs apartments have a large balcony. The kitchen is tiny, with an apartment-sized stove, which makes baking or preparing larger meals a bit challenging. There is ample storage space for each apartment. Each apartment has a washer and dryer and a one car garage area. The River Raisin and woods can be enjoyed from the patios and balconies. It is a very serene setting, and it is expected that everyone maintain the quiet atmosphere.

My husband and I lived there about 3 years and loved it. We had the most friendly and respectful neighbors. The apartments were always quiet with a country like feel and only minutes from town. Apartment maintenance was taken care of on a regular schedule and kept the apartments and landscape always looking great.

Love Innisbrook Apts! Quiet, scenic, wonderful neighbors, very responsive staff and management! Well kept spacious apartment complex. I can't think of a single thing to complain about! Warren Nichols
