Have been here many years. Appreciate the quick service and repair when needed. Beautiful grounds, well kept buildings. Great place to live.

Nob Hill has been an amazing, previous apartment home for myself. I can truly say I regret moving out. Having central air, beautifully manicured lawn, and an adorable fireplace are just a few of the things I miss. However, it is with a pleasure and peace of mind to be a returning resident of Adrian Apartment Group.

I never expected renting an apartment would be so easy or enjoyable. Adrian Apartment Group have by far made this decision a good one. The apartments are nice, plenty of parking, and the neighbors are respectful. Most of all, the staffing has been so helpful in my transition. From the maintenance man to the apartment managers, they are all so nice and helpful. I am left to believe there is something in the water at the Adrian Apartment Group apartments.

Have lived here many many years. Really enjoy living here. The management is excellent and always in tune to the needs of the renters. Quick service when maintenance or repairs are needed. Kathy Tipton provides excellent management at Nob Hill. We appreciate her and Flo very much.

Central air was key. Easy access to dumpster and never overspilling. Never heard the town train. Month to month contract. I got super lucky and had great neighbors too.
