Dropped off my Nice expense Winter coat to have clean Ruined it Faded ,shruck ,wet inside awful. Was in rush to get it after waiting over a week The female on the counter was waiting anxiously for me to pay at counter when I briefly checked it out. I never took the coat out of the plastic. My mistake it was ruined call them back and lady said you paid wow you already paid wow

I had my Irish knit sweater cleaned by White and Brite and it shrunk beyond repair! I have made several attempts to reach a manager and am always told manager not in,come back at 9 am the next day. I would go the next day and manager not in. I have called and left several messages with no response This sweater cost $135.00 dollars and I expect to be compensated for this!

Live up the street. Walked down to ask to have a shirt and pair of pants, only pressed. Today is thursday, girl behind the counter said not ready till Tuesday? Wow, I said how come so long ? I need it Saturday. Nope, Tuesday. Never again. This is your neighborhood cleaners. No respect.
