I brought a number of shirts, cardigans and a dress here for dry cleaning. The initial contact was pleasant and my drop off went without a hitch
My pick up was another thing entirely. Half the shirts were still dirty around the collar and cuffs. When I brought this fact up to the attendant she informed me that I needed to have paid for "pre treatment" something that apparently they do here
I have taken these shirts to other dry cleaners before and NEVER had to ASK FOR PRE TREATMENT.
The other places clean them right up. That's my 75$ down the drain. I have to take them to another dry cleaner. Do yourself a favour and save some money. Find another place.
