I regularly bank at the Shrewsbury Street, Worcester branch. The current employees are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The current employees are always polite and professional. The current employees are respectful to me each time I am at the bank.

Horrible customer service! The complete lack of customer safety and overall security is beyond belief! The management at this location needs much to be desired! Unprofessional across the board! Stay away and find another bank if customer service is important to you!

My business is located nearby this bank , so I get my change at this location. I went into the bank I was exchanging about $600.00 for smaller bills. The teller did not have the money to give me he had to scramble it from other tellers. This definitely added to the time it took , which i understand and can tolerate. When the teller finally got the change he put it all on the counter , no banded bills , no envelope and didn't say a word to me . So he expected me to leave the bank with all those smaller bills LOOSE and with no envelope. I felt this was completely unprofessional. You need to do better .
