Newly built field with a small parking lot. Well built with proper drainage and located next to some nice woodlands.

An easy walk up a quick hill in a small neighborhood, then close to a water tower, then boom, you're right at the top looking out over Woburn.

I love going here at sunset. The wildlife and pond are nice :) Good length walk around the pond. I go here every other weekend.
