Dr. Mancuso has zero bedside manner or interpersonal skills. She comes off as cold and clinical, which might be OK if she had the skills to back it. She has on more than one occasion, in the middle of a major procedure, changed the course of treatment (resulting in a higher bill) and does not go out of her way to explain why or make you feel comfortable. The dentist is bad enough, dont make it any worse by seeing this unkind, bitter, and dishonest clinician.

Awful billing and customer services. Insurance company showing a claim was never created for a service by the dental office from 2020!!!!, yet the office saying the opposite. Called them for clarification, and instead they refuse to show, explain or resolve the bill with me or the insurance company. Then hung up on me! I have never encountered such rude help at a medical/dental office, especially with such lack of explanation or clarification.

I actually skipped going to the dentist for many years because of my sensitive teeth but Dr Mancuso saved me. She is so kind. I do ask for extra Novocain and she is fine w that. When I go for my cleanings, the team knows that I cant have air n water blasted on my teeth and they are okay with that. This office just cares about you. Ive had my old cavities fixed ( no more dark silver fillings yay!) and a few crowns done. Im just so grateful for this place.

Dr. trainor and his staff are amazing the office is state of the art Staff is friendly and informative.   I needed to fix my 8 front teeth.  My smile is very important to me and we went over many options for the best look and what was best for my budget. The financial staff was very kind and helped me decide what would be best for me long term I decided to go with Dr. Trainor's expert opinion and had veneers and crowns placed with a little gum surgery done by Dr. Sandra Morin who also works in his office so I did not need to go elsewhere I can't express enough how thrilled I am with the outcome.  I have had more compliments on my smile since.   I do smile s lot more now.
