WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS! First of all I have 2 dental insurances and they say I'm in network for both but yet they asked me for $600 before the procedures where even done while I was in the chair, how about make sure I'm satisfied with my treatment and experience! I keep getting different hygienists every time and finally got Chelsea I think her name is who rushed me along and my teeth didn't feel clean, isn't that the point and to top it off the hygienist work off of commission only she tells me so if I don't show up she won't make any money! So how do I know what they are telling me is what I need or to line their pockets. Trust the laser, trust this and that! Beware I would trust a thing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was told 7 fillings and 3 crowns, I've seen a dentist regularly for ever!

I've been here a few times now for a routine cleaning and some additional dental work. Every experience has been wonderful. All the staff are extremely helpful and will answer any of your questions. I really appreciate that this office has a staff member explicitly meant to help address any financial concerns for any dental procedure and that there are payment plan options if needed. They are also very good at honoring individual requests and recommending helpful techniques and products to increase your at-home dental care :) I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

Questionable billing practices. I told them I wasn't coming back, and they did not reverse charges for a bridge that was not made or provided to me. I've been trying to get this fixed for six months. Time to get the state and insurance company involved. Adding insult to injury, they're sending me collection notices for the work!

I have been seeing Dr. Trainor for over 3 years now and I am very impressed with him and his staff. I always feel informed, educated and comfortable in the care of him and his team. For me, it is clear that Dr. Trainor enjoys teaching and is well educated but also current in today's environment of Dental Care. His staff from the front desk to the whole team in the back are always with a smile and treat you with respect and compassion. Not to mention, the new renovations in the office are beautiful.

Very good experience here! Jen is the best hygenist! All the staff is very good actually, I think I've seen most in my 10+ years of going here and everyone has always been very nice! For a place that only sees you once or twice a year they always remember my name as soon as I walk in! Would highly recommend them!
