Shannon has been an absolute pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh air in the real estate business!! My wife and I had nightmare experiences working with two other agents that either didnt have a clue what they were talking about (writing offers well above what we agreed on) or agents that didnt think they needed to even show up to any open house with us. Needless to say the bar was low for a qualified agent, but Shannon truly went above and beyond, all the while never being pushy or demanding. She has a kind and warm demeanor and clearly wants the best for her buyers. She never tried to steer us to offer above our means, or walk prematurely, but rather asked thoughtful questions on how wed like to live in our future home and to what extent wed be willing to do updates. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Shannon. Shannon held our hand through the process, worked with us at our pace, and made us feel confident every step of the way. Shannon was a godsend in our housing search process. We were first time homebuyers and felt defeated before connecting with Shannon due to our previous agents, who were not a good fit because they pushed us to spend more than our budget allowed, did not offer sound advice, and rarely attended open houses with us. Shannon was the complete opposite. She was available, knew the market conditions well, kept us calm, advised us to limit or reconsider our offer amount when appropriate, and kept us encouraged through this demoralizing process. Now that we have officially moved into our home, we are absolutely in love with it! Shannon is also a wonderful person and we are lucky to have found her both as a realtor and a lifelong friend.
