Julie is absolutely AMAZING to work with. She helped us sell our house this past spring and the entire process was so incredibly easy because of her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and super responsive. When I got nervous and had lots of questions, she was very patient with me and made me feel so much better about the uncertainty of selling your home. We could not have been more impressed with her professionalism. She insisted on being present throughout the entire process to make sure our house was taken care of. Julie was amazing! Buying and selling a home can be stressful and very emotional. She was very responsive and listened to my needs in the moment and was able to read what I needed sometimes even before I knew what that was. She was willing to take the lead as well as to step back and be in the background seamlessly. She was in tune with my emotions and balanced support, information and organizational tasks with this in mind during the whole process from when is the right time to sell, how to sell, finding a new home, transitioning to new home and selling! She was there for all of it!

Working with Julie to sell our home was as smooth and stress-free of a process as we could have hoped for. From day one, she coordinated a clear and concise timeline for getting on the market and offered guidance and resources for ways to make our home really shine. Her market experience informed a pricing and marketing strategy that drove tons of interest, and we were fortunate to have multiple offers. But Julie's work didn't stop there. She conferred with us on each offer, making sure we understood how they compared, the relative strengths and weaknesses, and where we could negotiate. I cant recommend Julie enough. If you have the opportunity to work with her, you have to take it! She cares deeply and goes WAY above and beyond for her clientsread on to see what I mean. My wife and I relocated from California with support from my job and we were initially paired with an agent from a big national chain and it was clear he just wanted to get us into any house as quickly as possible and collect his commission. Then we connected with Julie and everything changed. Julie took the time to show us a ton of houses just to get a sense for what we liked and didnt like, and quickly narrowed in to the point where each new place we saw she could predict what we would and wouldnt like about it. The market was slowing down and we were having trouble finding just what we wanted (were a little picky!), but she ended up reaching out to builders in the area to match us up with someone who was just starting a new gut renovation project in the price range and area we were looking. We were initially nervous about working with a builderwe were first-time home-buyers!but Julie helped us the whole way through, advising on what to look out for, what to be asking about, what aspect of the build we should be able to customize, and pushing the builder to provide updates as the project progressed. Oh and did I mention my wife was pregnant and due to give birth to our first child within weeks of the planned completion of the house? Needless to say we had a lot of stressful experiences when we would find out from the builder that some aspect was behind schedule, but every time Julie was there to both push for a timely resolution and to help reassure me and (mostly) my 8+ months pregnant wife. We ended up moving in successfully just 1 week before our son was born and were so happy with where we ended up. Even now, months later, Julie is helping us out with recommendations for things like daycares and things to do in the area. Theres no way we would have gotten here without her help. Thank you Julie for everything you did for us and our new family this past year!
