ok in the fact they changed my oil and didn't try to upsell me. Kind of expensive for just an oil change. they don't vacuuming the interior anymore. You get the receipt and it says the car was vacuumed and tire pressure was checked. Not vacuumed and I didn't see them check tire pressure

I went today to get an oil change. They showed me an empty coolant resevoir which that cant be possible because this car gets driven everyday. I watched one of the guys put what looked like a tube im assuming suction and he must have sucked all the coolant right out. Charged me an extra 150 for a coolant flush. If you check the cameras in that shop you can see these guys robbing me and im sure other people. I expect someone to reach out to me about this.

I really don't have any big complaints. I showed up 1 hour before closing. They had two autos already inside. Not really fair to people that might be trying to do closing tasks. All in all, they were very kind, very professional and took care of my car. I will go back when I am ready for another oil change. Hopefully for their sake a little earlier in the day.
