One of the crew spilled oil onto the hot engine. They tried to cover this up by cleaning it off with windshield wiper fluid, but the burning smell was still too awful. I asked them what happened. They said its okay. They just cleaned the engine with the said fluid and the smell will go away(they did not tell me what really happened). I drove off, but had to turn around and went back to the shop after a few seconds. The odor was really bad and I had a12yrs son with me in the car. My son said the smell was good, but I told him that its not food smell. Its burning smell and that it will cause us cancers. I told the crews that I knew exactly what happened because I used to be a mechanic. They asked me to pull inside the shop and started to clean the spilled spot again. Once inside the shop, I told them I knew what happened, but what I really needed from them was an apology and that they try their best to fix the problem. Till now, the smell still lingers. Can you refund my money? I have a receipt and a video clip of the crew trying to clean up the mess. Thank you.
