Had an emergency on a sunday with backup of septic into basement. While they did come out and we were aware of the high cost, we were told the tank needed to be pumped but they would not do it on a weekend. How is this good service? We had our tank pumped by this company in November 2020 with only 2 people living in the house. I think not being able to use bathroom and back up into basement would be an emergency and pumping should be done. HOW CAN YOU SAY 24 HOUR SERVICE IF YOU WONT PUMP ON A WEEKEND EVEN FOR AN EMERGENCY?

Plugged sewage drain: called Wayne and he was here within an hour and fixed it fast at a great price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM Service: Drain cleaning

Big shout out to Wayne! I had a really bad clog drained and he worked above and beyong to correct problem! Hard worker. Higly reccomend! They are the best!
