We had two crises in the same week - heat stopped working and sump pump failed. Heat went out first - I called them as a first-time customer and they came right away. I called a lot of other local places that morning and none of them were able to fit me in the same day, meaning we would have been without heat overnight during a noreaster, but John was flexible and responsive - and was able to accommodate our busy work schedules that day on top of it. He also alerted us to issues we were not aware of - like a leak in our water tank and boiler, and made time to come back to fix/replace them. A few days later our sump pump failed. He came right back out and replaced all the parts and even re-arranged the pipes to be more efficient in draining. It was a very stressful week to say the least but John and Connor were very responsive, friendly, and professional. I would definitely recommend hiring them. Prices were fair and upfront.

Premiere Plumbing has been our go-to for plumbing concerns the last few years and we've been very pleased. John and Connor are very professional and were very attentive and accomidating to our questions and project requests. John and Connor have helped repair our boiler (that the previous owner had wired incorrectly) and managed our bathroom renovation (our bathroom looks amazing). John and Connor are also very nice guys to shoot the breeze with and are highly trustworthy with taking care of your home.
