The worst moving company in America. Rude managers and horrible customer service. Do not and I mean DO NOT CONTACT NOR GIVE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY ANY SERVICE. HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Please actually listen to the numerous negative reviews! Experience was horrible. Never heard from them regarding when they would come and we ultimately had to hire a different moving company at a significantly higher cost because it was last minute.

They were extremely polite and made sure to protect my flooring. They were also careful not to scuff or damage my walls and doorways. Everything arrived safely with no damage. I tipped both guys and would be happy to use their services again.

If you desire a customer service oriented moving company, this is not it! If you wish to receive a cost estimate that doesn't change on the day of the move for the same items you were originally quoted, this is not your company! If you would like them to show up to pick up your items and also deliver your items on the day you are quoted, FORGET IT! SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS-GO ELSEWHERE!

They showed up before pickup time and worked really fast to move all my stuff. All my furniture was wrapped and had no damage. Angel and Marques went out of their way to help me tighten my not so stable coffee table. They were very professional. Most importantly, Xpress Movers was the best deal I found. Cannot be happier than I am right now.
