Matt and his helper showed up right at the beginning of the window, did it all on their own, delivered it to the proper rooms, and did it with a smile. They towed a 1800s dresser up two flights carefully and without damage. Theyre both masterchiefs in my book.

The movers (London and Orion) were very professional, punctual, efficient and friendly. I've used GG several times and the company and its staff never disappoint their customers. They are total pros at what they do. I highly recommend GG and will continue to use them.

From the first call with David, I knew no matter the price, I wanted to work with Gentle Giant. On the day of the move, Zach and his crew solidified that I made the right decision. They were not only professional and extremely efficient, they were respectful and so friendly to us and to each other. It was clear that they cared about their customers and their job tremendously. My husband and I joked that they were the Michelin star restaurant staff of moving.

This was my 2nd move with Gentle Giant and they are exceptional. They took great care with some precious items and even with the box my cat loves to sleep in, they took care to protect and move it to our new home. They were polite, kind, considerate and efficient throughout my move. I will use them again for any future move!
