When moving into a new house, our previous owners used Supreme. Customer Service was very unprofessional when setting up the account and answering questions to the contract.

they deserve no reviews. I moved out in Jan 2023 and a refund was suppose to be issued they stated in 2nd week in Feb it was mailed out. I am still waiting and it's April , called them again and they had to check with their bank and they would return my call at end of day. No one did . So today I called and spoke with owner and I said how I did not know how it can take 3 months to issue out a check and he then said to me "oh you are one of those people" . He is unprofessional and I have called the Attorney generals office to help me in this matter for what is owed to me and hired a lawyer . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM .

Supreme Energy is amazing! The staff is so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Scheduling is easy and they work with you if you need something done quickly. We use Supreme for oil, propane, and service. Jean Roche has helped us switch from oil to propane at a few of our properties. She makes the entire process a breeze! They have good pricing. I highly recommend this company!

The five stars are for Paul and the customer service staff. Initially, when they were called their technician who had no idea what he was talking about gave us such a scare and we lost hope in salvaging our new generator. Paul who has multiple licenses in the field of propane and gas made us feel better. He was very kind, understanding and apologetic for the message that was related by his co worker. Paul assured us that nothing that was said needed to be done. Paul is a gem. Supreme Energy is very fortunate to have him. Thank you.
