New management does not care what goes on inside or outside of building. Informed management of neighbor keeping dog poop on balcony and didnt do anything about it for a whole week. They gave them notice to clean in instead of making sure their dog is being taken care of, which I have never seen outside before. Parking lots are pure chaos. Nowhere to park after a certain hours, unregistered cars parked in reserved spots. Our upstairs neighbor has been rumbling around above us every day whether its 5 am in the morning or 9 pm at night, there is a constant noise disruption that is higher than the noise ordinance according to the Weymouth Noise laws. Management has claimed that there is a lawyer involved because this person doesnt clean up after their dogs, making excessive noises frequently, and not to mention under the lease the 2 very large dogs he has are not supposed to be living in the building. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I still live here and I can tell you right now the only thing the new management has done since taking over is repaint the common area walls white. Quality of life here is not worth how much they charge for rent here. I still live here but I will not stay here after the lease is up.

Terrible management: not responsive to emails, gave no details on how to move out then charged me an extra fee, do not care about residents and dont make any effort to help them.

We lived here for a year in a brand new building - it was the worst living experience of our lives. This is no longer a "brand new luxury apartment complex" and instead has turned into a south shore trash heap in less than year. For over $2500-$3000 a month you cannot comprehend the level of neglect and apathy here. Like appliances? Bring your own microwave as the units don't have them. Your kitchen? Super modern, except all your lower cabinets don't have shelves so they're incredibly inconvenient. Insulation between floors? Nonsense, you need to hear every step your upstairs neighbor makes (I can't stress this enough, there is no noise dampening between floors and you WILL hear everything above you). We lived below two French bulldogs and it sounded like a couple of bowling balls rolling around day and night. God bless the waste concierge staff who pick up garbage for you, they're the real MVPs. But when in doubt most residents just leave their trash in the hallways or stairwells, even the CVS carts from next door have made it into the upper floors of the buildings. No Smoking? No problem, no one follows that rule. People smoke in the garages, in the building, in the dog run, on the patios, etc. The punishment? A whopping $100 fine if the office even enforces that. You will find cigarette ends literally everywhere. Secure package room? Laughable - most packages get tossed into lobby or left outside the building. UPS driver specifically doesn't use the building intercom but instead leaves the "sorry we missed you" note. I've had nearly every package that needed a signature not delivered while I've been home and had to drive to Brockton at 7pm at night to get them. Super fun! Dog friendly. Except for the aggressive breeds and unregistered pets that run rampant. You can't walk around this place without running into an aggressive dog on any given day. Multiple pet owners have complained, the restricted breed list isn't enforced. Dogs have been attacked, police reports filed with Weymouth PD, and nothing changed. Our rescue dog was terrorized by two Belgian Shepherds as a puppy and now is terrified of anything that looks like one. Worst of all - the crime. Multiple domestic violence incidents occurred during our tenure and even one federal raid (ATF showed up at 4am to get a known drug trafficker). I've seen pregnant women smoking cigarettes outside on the patio and was cussed out for no reason when I watched someone litter next to the central recycling dumpster and just keep going while walking my dog. Every weekend the police were there, including some from neighboring towns (witnessed a neighbor get arrested by Hanover police for a harassment charge). We tried so hard to like this place and work with the office staff, but they turn over every 2-3 months. We had 3 or 4 different property managers in the span of a year. Anything built by John M. Corcoran Management is a giant red flag...we'll never rent from them again. To the management reading this review - you made our lives miserable from 2021 to 2022 with your inaction, apathy, and condescending emails in response to our complaints. I hope others will read this review and post similar narratives. Also - most of these positive reviews look fake, don't be fooled. Beyond infuriated at the original owner (Mio/JCM) and I hope no one gets put into a situation like we were. Save your strength with the "I'm so sorry you had a negative experience" response - we're beyond that....we're so far beyond that. Mio is a great name for the complex, because those little drink sweeteners are perfect analogy for your apartments "on the surface we are sweet and everything you think you want...in the end we're artificial chemicals and 30 years from now will give you cancer" . Looks like a new property management took over...and absolutely nothing changed. If anything it's somehow worse?
