Gradient

Ive been here a year and was debating transferring to another apartment in the complex. The leasing manager went and decided my move out date without asking or confirming with me. I didnt find out until four days before they want me out. I was told they need 6 days to prepare for the new tenants they have leased my current apartment to. When I expressed my concerns I was told they lose money if they leave them vacant and this is how they do things. They are flipping these apartments in less than a weeks time with no regard to current tenants. Love the maintenance staff but not in love with the way the leasing office handles things.

Ok, the staff in the apartment is really nice. But the problem comes in the quality of the building itself. The sound proof is non existent and you can literally hear anything from upstairs, from people walking to talking. This is probably the worst building in terms of sound proof, and its giving me medical problems. Please be aware when you are choosing this apartment.

Beautiful apartments and really helpful and kind staff. Everyone is very nice and my mom loved living in the complex!

I moved to the Gradient last year , John who works in leasing was so friendly and helpful with our move . The apartments are absolutely beautiful. The Property is so clean , Maintenance is so professional . I absolutely love it here the gym, the pool, the dog park they keep it so clean . everything is beautiful. Thank you John and Nolan who is the Leasing Manager.. Sally
