Kris was a fantastic plumber. We needed an old faucet replaced in the kitchen and bath and shower fixtures replaced. The old plumbing was completely corroded and very difficult to work with. Kris worked the entire day to get the job done at a very reasonable price. I am so happy with my new fixtures - the kitchen and bathroom feel brand new.

Due to a heavy snowstorm, we were having trouble finding someone who could promptly fix the issue. But Kris was super responsive and was able to fix all the issues the next day. He took time to thoroughly assess the situation and was receptive to our concerns. The blockage was more complicated than what we had initially expected, requiring snaking multiple pipes in the basement. But Kris explained each step of the process, ensuring we felt comfortable with the proposed solution before taking any actions. His knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the entire repair process. He not only fixed the problem but went above and beyond by suggesting a long-lasting solution without pressuring us to pay for extra services. In fact, he was the only plumber who gave a reasonable and clear estimate over the phone, which ended up being a bit cheaper.
