Pricey. Installed a toilet and replaced a gasket in another and provided some professional advice = $845. Asked for a check (no crcd). Work performed by associates - not master plumbers - about two hours. (They didn't provide the toilet! or remove the old - caveat emptor.)

I use Theide for all of my investment properties, as well as my own home. They are always professional, and respond right away when I call. I had an emergency this past weekend, and the owner called me back within 5 minutes. I highly recommend them!

Very professional! I had my dishwasher replaced Theide plumbing came in and replaced it very quickly and they were very organized as well as responsive. Before they left they made sure the unit was working properly

I had a small job garbage disposal replacement/kitchen sink leaking. I live in worcester. NO ONE bc in worcester was calling me back. I had NO kitchen sink for 3 weeks. Talking to a friend about it, she recommended Theide. They came out within a few days replaced the disposal. Took them about 45 minutes.. would have taken me 2 days!! (With A LOT of adult beverages ) . My house was a disaster but the two men were professional and completed the job. Cleaned up after themselves and were very pleasant. From calling to make the appointment (she didnt make me feel incompetent with explaining plumbing issues) to sending pictures of the issue and having them come all the way to Worcester this company was great to work with.
