Ed is great to work with. Fixed fee and unlimited iterations which is great so you can work through the design phase together. He is efficient and patiently works live with you in person and virtually as needed. Ed has been available to me in designing the addition of a garage to my house. He is always there either by phone, internet meetings, or in person to answer any questions. He is also willing to make changes in the design if needed to accommodate my choices. He has been a pleasure to work with.

Ed was a great find on Google Maps. After reviewing several options for home design, the selling points for Ed were the "unlimited design phase" and the inspections he offered during the actual construction. The design phase was actually unlimited, with weekly calls highlighting topics of interest for us each week. We never felt pressured to hurry up, and Ed was extremely patient despite several back-and-forths. It was really cool to view the designs in 3D on his computer as well. Aside from that, he certainly paid for himself at least 1-2x over in terms of the savings he indirectly provided for us by offering pragmatic solutions to our design constraints. Furthermore, he strongly recommended a GC that we also hired and has been great to work with so far. Will edit in a few months with a final edit once the inspection has been performed, but 100% recommend and no complaints.
