I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a contractor. Technically, I did not actually have them work on a project for me (I thought I needed to replace my basement stairs), but the owner took the time to review photos I sent him and stated it was too small of a project for him to do it. He explained exactly what needed to be done to resolve the problem and that it is an easy fix. I greatly appreciate his honesty and the fact that he didn't try to scam me out of my money by charging me for work I could easily do myself. If I ever need anything done in the future, I would surely contact this company first!

Jon of JP Works was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful with ideas for big picture issues like room design as well as for smaller details like type and brand of fixtures. He was also extremely helpful with solutions to long-standing problems that we had a chance to fix during our renovations -- in a cost-effective way. We had complete peace of mind with both of our projects (finishing a basement and a bathroom renovation) because of Jons knowledge and attention to detail. The entire team he brought in were all very professional and dependable. I will absolutely hire him again for our next project.

We hired Jon to remodel our master bathroom. We wanted to tile above the tub where paint was peeling and to replace our vanity. During the job, we decided to also tile above the tub in the guest bath and to add accent tile to both. We then had him look at our kitchen which we had remodeled recently (by another contractor). There were spaces between some of the cabinets, and between the cabinets and ceiling, and the caulk was crumbling behind the sink. There was also a large chip missing in a floor tile from a pizza stone falling on it (my fault). Jon did a great job on our bathroom as well as completing all the other jobs we added in that I mentioned. He was also very helpful directing me where to purchase everything we needed. I will hire Jon for any work I need done in the future and highly recommend him.

Jon and his crew expanded and remodeled our kitchen recently, adding over 600sqft. We could not be happier with the results. All subcontractors were excellent; excavators, foundation, framers/finish, electrical, plumbing/HVAC, wood flooring, etc. This was a challenging remodel that required a long 36' steel beam install and creative problem solving as the whole back of our home was removed. Daily on-site contractor Marc did an excellent job working through these challenges with quality results. Kitchen cabinet install was excellent, including some custom molding work on the island. Nice.
Jon provided very a detailed cost proposal and was easy to work with as changes and challenges came up. Cost changes were documented and reviewed before hand so there no surprises. Overall, we were on-budget as planned. The project did take longer than expected, mostly as a result of some of the unknowns in the back wall (had to re-route plumbing/wiring etc). Is has been 6 months since completion, no issues at all, and we are still really enjoying the new space. Thanks.
